How to use
Adults and adolescents
- Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
- Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.
Children over 3 years old
- 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
- Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.
Precautionary measures
Cassis macerate is a herbal food supplement.
It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It is important to keep it out of the reach of children and not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
The dose should be adjusted for young children.
Cassis macerate is authorised for use by the whole family, with the exception of babies under 3 years of age and pregnant women, due to the presence of alcohol in the macerate.
Do not take at night as it can be stimulating.
Do not use if you have high blood pressure.
Be careful, Cassis is similar to cortisol.
Store away from light and heat.
Synergistic uses
Cassis can be combined with macerates of Oak and Sequoia, also endocrine stimulants, to combat fatigue.
Cassis, Silver Fir and Dog-Rose can be used in combination to stimulate the immune system. All three are invigorating and boost the body's defences.
Cassis can be combined with Grapevine for its anti-inflammatory properties. Silver Birch macerate can also be used to drain the tissues.
Cassis and Grapevine are a perfect combination for osteoarthritis pain. They can be combined with Scots Pine to regenerate cartilage.
For respiratory allergies, Cassis, with its anti-inflammatory and antihistamine properties, can be combined with Viburnum and Hornbeam, which fight respiratory spasms.
Cassis can be used with Elm, a skin detoxifier, and Walnut. The latter, thanks to its action on the intestinal flora, allows it to act on the immune response.
Cassis can be combined with macerates of Viburnum buds for spasms and Hazel for draining and regenerating lung tissue.
Cassis can be used with macerations of Boston Ivy buds, a specific anti-inflammatory for small joints, and Juniper to drain toxins.
Cassis, Elm and Walnut can be used in combination for hives. They help to drain the body to limit skin reactions and also limit inflammation.
For psoriasis, Cassis bud macerate can be combined with Cedarwood, which drains and revitalises the skin, and Walnut, for its liver and blood cleansing properties.
