How to use
Adults and adolescents
- Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
- Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.
Children over 3 years old
- 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
- Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.
Precautionary measures

Synergistic uses
Scots pine can be combined with Cassis and Grapevine macerates for their anti-inflammatory properties. Grapevine also combats joint deformities.
For osteoporosis, Scots pine macerate can be combined with Blackberry and Sequoia macerates. Both are remineralising and promote good bone formation.
Scots pine and Silver Fir are the perfect macerated duo for bone demineralisation, but also for decalcification. One allows remineralisation and the other promotes calcium fixation.
Scots pine is ideal for use after a fracture to promote bone regeneration. It can be combined with Cassis to reduce inflammation and Bloody Dogwood to prevent blood clots.
