How to use
Adults and adolescents
- Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
- Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.
Children over 3 years old
- 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
- Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.

Synergistic uses
For respiratory allergies, European Hornbeam sprout macerate can be combined with Cassis, an anti-inflammatory and antihistamine, and Viburnum, which combats respiratory spasms.
For sinusitis, European Hornbeam macerate can be used with Cassis bud macerate for its anti-inflammatory properties and Alder macerate for its anti-infectious properties.
