How to use
Adults and adolescents
- Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
- Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.
Children over 3 years old
- 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
- Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.

Synergistic uses
Dog Rose is one of the benchmark bud macerates for stimulating immunity. It can be combined with Cassis, which stimulates the adrenal glands, and Silver Fir, which stimulates the bone marrow.
For sinusitis, Dog Rose can be combined with macerated Plopar bud for its anti-infective and anti-inflammatory properties, and with Hornbeam if the sinusitis is accompanied by sneezing.
Dog rose can be used with Poplar bud macerate, a general anti-infective, and Alder bud macerate to boost immunity and limit inflammation.
Dog rose, Poplar and Silver Fir are the perfect trio for nasopharyngitis due to their anti-inflammatory, anti-infectious and immune-boosting properties.
