Bismuth (Bi)

Often associated with copper and silver bismuth's immune-stimulating properties enable the body to fight off external aggression more effectively.

It is not a trace element found naturally in the body.

Description

Bismuth is an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory agent used in otorhinolaryngology, particularly for sore throats.

Its anti-infective properties complement those of copper and silver.

Bismuth is used as a short-term treatment, i.e. between 5 and 10 days.

Thanks to its immunostimulant properties, it enables the body to fight more effectively against exogenous attacks.

The action of bismuth is enhanced by the anti-infective properties of copper and silver.

Indications

Deficiency

Deficiency is not possible as it is a non-essential trace element.

Where to find it?

Bismuth is not naturally present in our bodies and contributions are almost non-existent, hence the interest in supplementation.
