Directions for use/usual dosage
- For people who drink too much coffee, alcohol or sweets, or who have a healthy appetite, take a 20 day course internally, 1 tablespoon in 1 litre of water, to be drunk throughout the day.
- For hormonal imbalances and nervousness, take a 20-day course and repeat if necessary.
- For all psycho-emotional shocks and disorders, to calm the heart, take a 40-day course orally.
- Use as an aura spray to cleanse the aura, especially if you spend a lot of time in front of a computer.

Habitat and botanical description
Native to Syria, the Damask Rose is a thorny, dark green deciduous shrub that can reach 2m in height. Its magnificent pink-petalled flowers have an intoxicating fragrance reminiscent of old roses.
