Forms of use
Infusion:
- Pour the equivalent of 1 tablespoon of dried flowers per cup of hot water and let it infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Strain to remove the irritating hairs covering the plant.
- Drink 2 to 4 cups per day.
Decoction:
- Boil 30 g of dried flowers to one liter of water for 2 to 3 minutes and let stand for 15 minutes.

Mother tincture:
- According to product recommendations, dilute 15 to 30 drops of mother tincture in a glass of water.
