The Aviva method is like a dance for hormones.
It is a 100% natural method that regulates the female cycle.
What is it exactly?
The so-called "basic" method is a series of 18 specific exercises that involve the whole body and focus on the level of the small pelvis.
These movements promote blood circulation, regulate hormones, strengthen deep muscles, bring physical relaxation, increase internal heat and vital energy...
These exercises are performed to music to maintain a dynamic rhythm and last approximately 30 minutes.
It is advisable to practise twice a week for optimal results.
It is useful for women .... does not cure, but contributes to improvements in different situations:
- Very heavy and irregular menstrual bleeding
- Premenstrual syndrome
- Amenorrhoea
- Pain, cramps
- Infertility
- Libido
- Desire to have children
- Many women have reported improvement in endometriosis, PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome), reduction in cysts or fibroids.
- Pre-menopause
- Menopause
- ....
Thanks to this method, you can become autonomous in harmonising your cycle, but a commitment to practice is necessary to reap the benefits.
It is practised in several countries and many women have experienced improvements in their cycles.
Depending on each individual, it will work as needed....many testimonials have shown the effectiveness of these movements.
It is a support and prevention tool and does not replace medical monitoring or any prescribed treatment.
This method can be used by all women.
In the case of certain cycle-related health problems, the Aviva Method is sometimes not recommended and requires medical follow-up.
Aviva Steiner has created several other series of movements in her method to support women throughout their lives and according to the phases of their cycle:
- The "short method": an overview of the basic 15-minute method
- Pregnancy
- Postnatal
- Ovulation support
- Incontinence
Men can also practice this method, but there are a number of specific exercises for men to promote their fertility, to act in the prevention of prostate problems, impotence ....
What are these movements?
Visually, certain movements may remind you of yoga, gymnastics or dance, but the specifics of these exercises are performed internally, promoting contraction and relaxation of deep muscles.
