Precautionary measures
Silver linden macerate is a herbal food supplement.
It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It is important to keep it out of the reach of children and not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dosages should be adjusted for young children.
Lime macerate is authorised for use by the whole family, with the exception of babies under 3 years of age and pregnant women.
Caution in sensitive people, in case of overdose it may cause the opposite effect (excitement and insomnia). Just reduce the number of drops.
Store away from light and heat.
Synergistic uses
Silver linden is associated with the second macerate, best known for its calming action, Fig. Hawthorn can also be used in the case of symptoms of cardiac origin.
Silver linden can be used with Fig Tree for insomnia. It is usually a good duo for nervous problems as both are calming.
Silver linden helps to calm arrhythmia thanks to its sedative action. For even greater effectiveness, it can be combined with Hawthorn macerate, an important cardiac regulator.
For hypertension, silver linden can be combined with Hawthorn macerate, which normalises tension, and Olive macerate, which acts slowly but surely.
