How to use

Adults and adolescents

  • Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
  • Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.

Children over 3 years old

  • 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
  • Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.

Olive can be used with macerates of Rosemary or Juniper, both liver stimulants, to promote lipid metabolism.

HYPERTENSION

The olive tree is hypotensive and can be combined with macerated Hawthorn buds, a great cardiac regulator, and macerated Linden buds for their sedative action.

MEMORY DISORDERS

Olive Bud Macerate is often combined with Oak Bud Macerate or Sequoia, intellectual tonics, and Alder to improve cerebral circulation.
