Precautions for use
Katrafay essential oil is for adults only.
It should be used for short periods.
Can be irritating to the skin pure, always use diluted to 20-50%.
People with asthma, epilepsy should seek medical advice before use.
Other precautions
Cutaneous use:
- Katrafay essential oil should be diluted for use on the skin: 20 to 50% in a vegetable oil (20 to 50% essential oil with 80 to 50% vegetable oil).
Contraindications:
- Katrafay essential oil should not be used by people who are prone to allergic reactions.
- Always perform an allergy test on the bend of the elbow before use.
- People with asthma or epilepsy should seek medical advice before use.
- This essential oil should be used for short periods and in small doses.
Allergenic components:
Katrafay essential oil contains an allergenic biochemical component:
- Main sesquiterpenes: ischwarane (25-30%), beta-elemene, alpha-copaene, alpha-selinene, delta-cadinene.
Note: It is best to test the essential oil before use (two drops on the crease of the elbow for at least 24 hours to check for a reaction).

Directions for use/usual dosage
- For eczema or psoriasis, mixed with other EOs and diluted in an OV.
- To relieve muscle and joint pain, dilute in an OIL and massage locally.
- By olfaction or 1-2 drops on the inside of the wrists or under the arch of the foot for fatigue.
