Indications
Ingredients
- Dried sage (10 to 15 grams for a 300 ml bottle)
- Spirit or vodka
- A 300 ml bottle with a cap
- Coffee filter
- A colored bottle for storing the tincture
Preparation
- Fill a jar to a third of its height with the dried salvia leaves.
- Cover the dried leaves with brandy or vodka to the top of the jar.
- Close the jar tightly.
- Let this mixture rest for 2 to 3 weeks (you will notice after a while a change in the color of the tincture).
- Shake occasionally.
- Filter the mixture, for example, with a coffee filter.
- Transfer the tincture into a brown bottle to protect from light.
- Close tightly and label the bottle with the date and name of the tincture.
Dosage
Take 1 teaspoon of the tincture, for example in case of excessive sweating.
