Marjoram Infusion



Ingredients

For one cup of marjoram infusion:

  • 10 grams of marjoram leaves and flowers
  • 200 ml water
  • Honey, if necessary

Preparation

  1. Heat the water to boiling and add it over the menjerone.
  2. Let the infusion stand for 10 minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).
  3. Filter if necessary.

Dosage

Drink one cup 3 times a day.

Drink at night before bedtime against insomnia.
