Preparation

  • Mix the clay with the water using a wooden spoon.
  • Leave to stand overnight.
  • Drink only the water in the morning, on an empty stomach, without stirring the clay and water.

Precautions

  • Be careful if you are taking medication, as the clay can neutralise its effects.
  • It is also not recommended for use in cases of constipation or intestinal obstruction, as well as for pregnant women and children under 36 months of age.

Recommended doses

Adults

  • 1 to 3 glasses a day, depending on your goal.

Children

  • Depending on age, 1/4 cup, 2 times a day, depending on the goal.
