Indications
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Green clay
- 1 glass of filtered water
Preparation
- Mix the clay with the water using a wooden spoon.
- Leave to stand overnight.
- Drink only the water in the morning, on an empty stomach, without stirring the clay and water.
Precautions
- Be careful if you are taking medication, as the clay can neutralise its effects.
- It is also not recommended for use in cases of constipation or intestinal obstruction, as well as for pregnant women and children under 36 months of age.
Recommended doses
Adults
- 1 to 3 glasses a day, depending on your goal.
Children
- Depending on age, 1/4 cup, 2 times a day, depending on the goal.
