Indications

  • Anemia: Very rich in iron, it is naturally an anti-anemia food.
  • Brain: Stimulates brain functions, as it first provides oxygen through chlorophyll, then glutamic acid, promoting memory and fighting depression.
  • Detox: Detoxifies the liver, lymphatic, kidney and digestive systems, and promotes better nutrient assimilation.
  • Digestion: Rich in fiber, the herb juice fights constipation and promotes digestion. Improves intestinal flora and helps fight candidiasis and certain viruses.
  • Fatigue: Chlorophyll, minerals, and vitamins are the anti-fatigue nutrients par excellence! Grass juice allows you to regain a good level of energy in a few days, eliminating many residues that contribute to general organic fatigue.
  • Immunity: With its enzymes and vitamins, grass juice strengthens the immune system. Its antioxidant enzymes fight free radicals, while beta carotene, also present in large amounts, stimulates lysozyme, which destroys many bacteria. Other vitamins, such as B1, B2, and B6, stimulate the lymphatic system, antibodies, and the immune system as a whole, respectively. We can only recommend grass juice for anyone with a weakened immune system, and of course for allergy sufferers and diabetics.
  • Bowels: Grass juice is particularly recommended for purifying the intestines and regenerating the flora. The fiber in the herb stimulates peristalsis, while other nutrients prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and fungi.
  • Weight: The enzymes contained in the herb activate organic enzymes capable of breaking down fat molecules, while gamma linoleic acid reduces cholesterol and several amino acids reduce the feeling of hunger. Grass juice is the nutritional supplement for weight loss all by itself, especially since some of its minerals also normalize blood sugar levels.
  • Osteoporosis: In terms of prevention, of course, grass juice contains enough good quality calcium to prevent osteoporosis; especially since its composition ensures a balanced ratio of vitamin C, protein, and magnesium, which is not the case with milk, not even sheep, mare, or goat milk. In general, a diet based on grass juice, spirulina, alfalfa sprouts, sesame, almonds, avocado, and banana can combat all decalcification and demineralization, especially if the virtues of horsetail are added.
  • Skin: By detoxifying the body, grass juice naturally cleanses the skin, which will be recognized from the outside; but its enzymes also improve skin respiration, rejuvenate the skin, and reduce wrinkles. Grass juice can be applied externally in a compress, it will be an excellent lotion for the face.
