Side effects
Excitement, nervousness, sleep disturbances, erection problems (at high doses, such as 10 to 12 cups of coffee a day), problems in the metabolic absorption of certain minerals, dehydration, anxiety or fear, heart problems, incontinence (especially in women), dependence (drug, risk of drug addiction due to increased number of adenosine receptors), digestive disturbances in the stomach region, generation of a tolerance phenomenon in children (rate of caffeine in soft drinks), possible development of hyperactivity.
Contraindications
Heart disorders, intensive sports (decreases oxygenation), pregnancy (we believe this is not an absolute contraindication but it is preferable to avoid coffee), osteoporosis, sleep disorders.
