Attention: the cures should not last too long because the Bird's-foot Trefoil flowers contain hydrocyanic acid: a toxic substance.

Infusion
- 10 g of flowers per cup.
- Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
- Drink 2 (for insomnia) to 4 (for anxiety disorders) cups during the day and the last one before bed.
Mother tincture
- 70 (for insomnia) to 90 (for anxiety disorders) drops per day in several 20-drop doses.
- The last dose is before bedtime.

- 3 g daily.

Powdered capsules
