How to use
Adults and adolescents
- Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
- Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.
Children over 3 years old
- 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
- Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.
Precautionary measures
Ginkgo biloba macerate is a herbal food supplement.
It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It is important to keep it out of the reach of children and not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
Dosages should be adjusted for young children.
Ginkgo biloba bud macerate is approved for use by the whole family, except infants under 3 years of age and pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Not recommended during anticoagulant or antidepressant treatment.
People with haemophilia or about to undergo surgery should also not use this bud macerate.
Seek medical advice if taking medication.
Store away from light and heat.
Synergistic uses
If tinnitus is associated with poor circulation, Ginkgo biloba bud macerate can be used in combination with Sorb tree to promote better circulation.
Ginkgo biloba is relatively versatile in its effect on the circulation, but it can be combined with a vein decongestant such as Horse chesnut and a liver and blood drainer such as Walnut.
Ginkgo biloba can be combined with Alder and Apple tree, which stimulate cerebral circulation and have an antispasmodic effect. Apple tree is of particular interest when migraine is associated with menstrual disorders.
