Preparation

The propolis resin (350g) can be taken from the hive and then placed in a container and filled to one litre. Leave in a closed container for 30 to 40 days, stirring every day for about 10 minutes to obtain the propolis extract.

Honey and propolis can also be bought ready to use.

Mix the propolis extract with the honey in a ratio of 2.0 millimetres of extract to 100 grams of honey.

Dosage

One dessert spoon, 2 to 3 times a day, for 15 days.
