This remedy has several therapeutic virtues and is used to treat various more or less serious conditions.

It is mainly the leaves of the plant that are used in its preparation.

Main indications

Lycopus is generally used to treat certain heart conditions.

In most cases, heart disease is accompanied by palpitations and an irritable cough.

It is also common for people with this type of disease to become very nervous and for their heartbeat to be so weak that it is difficult to detect.

These symptoms are a sign of a weak heart.

In addition to cardiology, Lycopus is also used to treat other conditions.

Among other things, it can be used to treat diseases that are very common and dangerous in the tropics.

Typhoid fever and malaria are among the diseases that Lycopus effectively treats.

Before using it, make sure that the person has a fairly high fever and that their eyes are swollen.

Some more or less annoying conditions can also be treated with lycopus.

These include certain forms of otitis, toothache and inflammation of the palate.

It is also recommended in the treatment of severe eye inflammation, such as pericarditis.

Certain rheumatic pains, especially those accompanied by oedema and aggravated by cold, can also be relieved by lycopus.

Certain internal diseases can also be treated with this homeopathic remedy.

Lycopus is used to treat hernias, severe and chronic spleen pain, certain testicular inflammations and severe cramps associated with diarrhoea.
