Forms of use
Against rheumatism, digestive and menstrual cycle disorders:
Decoction:
- Place in cold water 2 to 3 g of chopped roots to 1 cup of water.
- Boil for 15 minutes and strain.
- Drink 3 cups a day, before each meal.
Against nervous disorders:
Infusion:
- Boil 1 teaspoon of chopped roots to 1 cup of water for 15 minutes.
- Allow to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes and filter.
- Drink 3 cups per day, before each meal.
For external use against eczema and rheumatism:
Compresses:
- Make the decoction indicated for internal use.
- Wet a cloth and apply directly to the lesions, 2 or 3 times a day.
