Precautionary measures
Ash Macerate is a herbal food supplement.
It is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
It is important to keep it out of the reach of children and not to exceed the recommended daily dose.
The dose should be adjusted for young children.
Ash macerate is authorised for use by the whole family, except babies under 3 years of age and pregnant women.
Not recommended in people with hypertension.
Elderberry macerate is not recommended during winter.
Store away from light and heat.
Synergistic uses
Ash can be used in combination with Heather macerates to a greater extent and Juniper macerates to a lesser extent, both of which also have renal draining properties.
In cases of excess uric acid, ash macerate can be used in combination with Birch macerate for better elimination.
Ash can be combined with Chesnut and Hazel. The Chesnut macerate drains the lymphatic system and the Hazel works in the background, on the liver system, to help better assimilate fats.
