Safety precautions

It is advisable to dilute Nigella oil in another vegetable oil for use on more sensitive skin.

Orally, start by taking a few drops to get your digestive system used to it.

You can also dilute Nigella oil in another edible oil (e.g. rapeseed, olive, hazelnut).
