Ingredients
- 100 g hyssop flowers and leaves
- 50 g lavender flowers
- 1,5 kg of sugar
- 1 L water
Preparation
- Let 100 g hyssop and 50 g lavender macerate for 1 hour in boiling water (until covered).
- Filter and add 1,5 kg sugar and heat over low heat until it turns into a syrup (3-4 minutes).
- Pour into small hermetically sealed bottles.
Dosage
Use up to 5 tablespoons per day of the syrup.
Caution, nervous or stressed people should use hyssop syrup sparingly.
