Verbena Infusion



Indications

Ingredients

For one cup of vervain infusion, use:

  •  3-4 teaspoons (about 5g) of dried verbena leaves
  • About 200 ml of water

Preparation

  1. Heat the water to boiling and add the boiling water over the verbena leaves.
  2. Let the infusion stand for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
  3. Filter if necessary.

Dosage

Drink a cup of vervain infusion 3 times a day for digestive disorders or 1 time at night before going to bed.
