Ingredients
For one cup of vervain infusion, use:
- 3-4 teaspoons (about 5g) of dried verbena leaves
- About 200 ml of water
Preparation
- Heat the water to boiling and add the boiling water over the verbena leaves.
- Let the infusion stand for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
- Filter if necessary.
Dosage
Drink a cup of vervain infusion 3 times a day for digestive disorders or 1 time at night before going to bed.
