Lavender Tincture



Ingredients

  • 100 grams of lavender flowers
  • 500 grams of alcohol at 70°

Preparation

  1. Marinate the lavender flowers in alcohol for one month.
  2. Filter the mixture and store in a tightly closed jar away from heat.

Dosage

  • For internal use: a few drops with a little sugar against digestive spasms.
  • For external use: rub the lavender tincture on the sore area.
