- Dried lavender flowers
- Water
Preparation
- Weigh about 60 grams of dried lavender flowers.
- Macerate the lavender over low heat in about 1 liter of water for half an hour. Cover with a lid. Allow to cool.
- Strain the mixture
- Add the mixture to the bath.
- And relax!
Dosage
Take the bath once a day, for example in the evening, to relax and sleep better.
Stay at least 15 minutes in this bath.
