Ingredients
- 1 black radish (preferably well-rounded and ready to use).
- Honey
Preparation
- Cut the top (top quarter) off the radish. Keep the bottom quarter to serve later.
- Make a hole in the remaining bottom part.
- In this hole, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey.
- Cover the radish with the lid.
- Let it rest for a day.
- The syrup is ready.
Dosage
1 teaspoon of the syrup 3 times a day.
