Notes
According to the latest scientific studies, Purple Coneflower does not act in prevention. Therefore, it is unnecessary to take it during the winter. It is better to consume this plant only in case of colds, flu syndromes, rhinitis or sore throat, in order to decrease the duration of the symptoms.
Some medicinal plant experts believe that Purple Coneflower tincture, or even its tea, is more effective than in capsules.
