Ginger Infusion



Indications

Ingredients

For one cup of ginger infusion or tea, you will need:

  • 0.5 gr to 1 gr of dried ginger roots or 4 thin slices of fresh ginger (if fresh ginger is used, it is preferable to let it infuse for 15 minutes instead of 10)
  • About 200 ml water
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

  1. Boil the water and add the dried ginger root and cinnamon.
  2. Let it infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).

Dosage

Dosage adapted to each indication.

For example, in case of nausea, drink 1 cup, three times a day. 

In case of cough or cold, drink 1 cup 1 to 3 times a day.
