For one cup of ginger infusion or tea, you will need:
- 0.5 gr to 1 gr of dried ginger roots or 4 thin slices of fresh ginger (if fresh ginger is used, it is preferable to let it infuse for 15 minutes instead of 10)
- About 200 ml water
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
- Boil the water and add the dried ginger root and cinnamon.
- Let it infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).
Dosage
Dosage adapted to each indication.
For example, in case of nausea, drink 1 cup, three times a day.
In case of cough or cold, drink 1 cup 1 to 3 times a day.
