Preparation
- Take only one part of the ginger, the branch into small cubes.
- Peel and then remove the ginger skin with a knife.
- Grate the ginger (for example, with a coarse grater).
- Place the grated ginger in a sieve over a small bowl and press with your thumb and forefinger to get the juice out. Try to squeeze out about half a teaspoon of ginger juice.
- Mix the ginger juice obtained with a teaspoon of honey.
Dosage
Take 1 teaspoon of this mixture in the morning and evening.
