Indications
Ingredients
- 10 to 20 grams of fresh Lemon balm leaves
- 100 grams of honey (liquid if possible)
- Juice of one whole lemon
Preparation
- Put the Lemon balm leaves (well washed), honey and lemon juice in a blender and blend for a few minutes.
- If you want a refreshing effect, put the syrup in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Dosage
- Dilute the syrup with cold water (preferably, in summer, with ice water for a refreshing effect).
- Drink several times a day.
Observations
Store the syrup for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
