Lemon balm Syrup



Indications

Ingredients

  • 10 to 20 grams of fresh Lemon balm leaves 
  • 100 grams of honey (liquid if possible)
  • Juice of one whole lemon

Preparation

  1. Put the Lemon balm leaves (well washed), honey and lemon juice in a blender and blend for a few minutes.
  2. If you want a refreshing effect, put the syrup in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Dosage

  1. Dilute the syrup with cold water (preferably, in summer, with ice water for a refreshing effect).
  2. Drink several times a day.

Observations

Store the syrup for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.
