Indications
Ingredients
For one cup of the infusion, use:
- 1 teaspoon (about 1 gram) of dried Lemon balm leaves
- 1 teaspoon (about 1 gram) dried bitter orange flowers
- About 200 ml of water
Preparation
- Mix these two plants in the quantities above.
- Bring the water to a boil and add over the lemon balm and orange blossoms.
- Let the infusion rest for ten minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
- Filter if necessary.
Dosage
Drink the herbal infusion in the evening before bedtime (for example 30 min before bedtime) or more often during the day in case of stress.
Observations
You can also add equal amounts of citronella and black tea. These two plants give a very interesting flavor and these teas, especially black tea, are particularly effective in fighting stress.
If you use this tea to help you sleep and get a good night's sleep, avoid using black tea, as it is rich in caffeine (a stimulant).
