Indications
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- Half of a lemon
- 250 mL of water
Preparation
- Boil the water, then add the thyme and cover. Wait 5 minutes.
- Place the mixture in a strainer to remove the thyme.
- Add half the lemon and honey to the hot mixture.
- Stir well.
Dosage
Drink 125 mL 4 times.
Place in a water bottle at the bedside to soothe a night cough.
Drink hot or cold.
Storage time is 24 hours.
