Angelica Infusion



Ingredients

For one cup of angelica infusion, use:

  • 10 grams of angelica root 
  • Approximately 200 ml of water

Preparation

  1. Heat water to boiling, then add the boiling water over the angelica roots.
  2. Let the infusion stand for 10 minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
  3. Filter the mixture.

Dosage

Drink a cup of the infusion several times a day.
