  • Tuberculosis

Interactions

  • Possible interaction with certain medications, such as itraconazole, lovastatin (statin) and fexofenadine
  • Birth control pills

Caution! It is not advisable to take echinacea-based remedies for longer than 8 weeks, as there is a risk of the opposite effect, i.e. a weakening of the immune defenses.
