Synergistic uses

HEAVY LEGS

To treat heavy legs, it is necessary to reduce swelling and improve circulation. For this purpose, the macerate of chestnut buds is combined with the macerates of Horse Chesnut buds and Sorb tree, all of which are complementary.

VARICOSE VEINS

Chestnut can be complemented with Sorb tree to soften the circulation, repair and tone the vein walls. Dogwood or Lemon Tree can also be interesting additions.

HAEMORRHOIDS

Chestnut, Horse Chesnut and Sorb tree macerations can be used in combination for haemorrhoids. They improve blood and lymph circulation, tone and, above all, dilute the blood to prevent these inconveniences.

CELLULITE

Chestnut can be combined with Ash and Hazel. The macerate from the Ash sprouts has an anti-inflammatory effect on the lymphatic system, and the Hazel works in the background, in the liver system, to improve the absorption of fats.

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME

Chestnut bud macerate can be used for dysmenorrhoea because of its decongestant action in the pelvic region. It can be combined with Raspberry for hormonal regulation.
