The basic ingredients
- Essential oils: 2 to 3 percent of total volume
- One or more vegetable oils or oily macerates
Production Protocol
- Example of the preparation of a 100 ml massage oil:
- 50 ml Arnica oil macerate
- 48 ml St. John's Wort oil macerate
- 1 ml of Gaultheria procumbens essential oil
- 1 ml of Peppermint essential oil (Mentha x piperita)
