Hyssop Syrup



Indications

Ingredients

  • 100 g hyssop flowers and leaves
  • 50 g lavender flowers
  • 1,5 kg of sugar
  • 1 L water

Preparation

  1. Let 100 g hyssop and 50 g lavender macerate for 1 hour in boiling water (until covered).
  2. Filter and add 1,5 kg sugar and heat over low heat until it turns into a syrup (3-4 minutes).
  3. Pour into small hermetically sealed bottles.

Dosage

Use up to 5 tablespoons per day of the syrup.

Caution, nervous or stressed people should use hyssop syrup sparingly.
