Ingredients
For one cup of peppermint infusion, use:
- 2 gr (3 teaspoons) of dried peppermint leaves
- about 200 ml water
Preparation
- Boil the water and add it to the dried peppermint leaves.
- Let it infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).
Dosage
Drink one cup, 2 to 4 times a day, in case of digestive disorders, preferably between meals.
