Peppermint Infusion



For one cup of peppermint infusion, use:

  • 2 gr (3 teaspoons) of dried peppermint leaves
  • about 200 ml water

Preparation

  1. Boil the water and add it to the dried peppermint leaves.
  2. Let it infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).

Dosage

Drink one cup, 2 to 4 times a day, in case of digestive disorders, preferably between meals.
