Lavender Bath

Ingredients

  • Dried lavender flowers
  • Water

Preparation

  1. Weigh about 60 grams of dried lavender flowers.
  2. Macerate the lavender over low heat in about 1 liter of water for half an hour. Cover with a lid. Allow to cool.
  3. Strain the mixture
  4. Add the mixture to the bath.
  5. And relax!

Dosage

Take the bath once a day, for example in the evening, to relax and sleep better.

Stay at least 15 minutes in this bath.
