Ingredients
For one cup of angelica infusion, use:
- 10 grams of angelica root
- Approximately 200 ml of water
Preparation
- Heat water to boiling, then add the boiling water over the angelica roots.
- Let the infusion stand for 10 minutes (to get an effective dose of the active substances).
- Filter the mixture.
Dosage
Drink a cup of the infusion several times a day.
