St. John's wort Infusion

Indications

Mild to moderate depression

Ingredients

For one cup of St. John's Wort infusion, use:

2 to 4 gr, (about 1a 2 teaspoons) of dried St. John's Wort flowers.
about 200 ml of water

Preparation

Boil the water and add it to the dried St. John's Wort flowers.
Let it infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances).

Dosage

Drink 1 to 2 cups of St. John's Wort infusion every day.

Attention, the effect of the infusion occurs only after 2 or 3 weeks, so be patient!
