Radish Syrup



Ingredients

  • 1 black radish (preferably well-rounded and ready to use).
  • Honey

Preparation

  1. Cut the top (top quarter) off the radish. Keep the bottom quarter to serve later.
  2. Make a hole in the remaining bottom part.
  3. In this hole, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey.
  4. Cover the radish with the lid.
  5. Let it rest for a day.
  6. The syrup is ready.

Dosage

1 teaspoon of the syrup 3 times a day.
