Salvia Infusion



Ingredients

For one cup of salvia infusion, use:

  • 1 teaspoon (1 to 1.5 grams) of dried salvia leaves or 2 teaspoons of fresh salvia leaves. 
  • If possible, grind the leaves.
  • About 200 m of water

Preparation

  1. Boil the water and add it to the salvia leaves (preferably dried).
  2. Leave to infuse for about ten minutes (to get an effective dose of active substances)
  3. Filter.

Dosage

  • Drink one cup, several times a day, in case of a cold or sore throat (also use in the form of gargling: gargle 3 times a day with the infusion).
  • In case of heat waves and excessive sweating, you can cool the tea by putting it in the refrigerator and drink it cold. Drink a cup in the evening before going to bed.
  • Against flatulence and bloating, drink 1 cup 3 to 4 times a day.
  • For generalized hyperhidrosis, drink 3 teas a day.

Observations

The tea is contraindicated for pregnant women.

Do not consume this tea for a long period of time (several months).
