Ingredients
For one cup of rosemary decoction tea use:
- 4 g rosemary leaves (about 2 teaspoons of rosemary leaves)
- 500 ml of water
Preparation
- Place the rosemary leaves in the water, bring the mixture to a boil for about 5 minutes.
- Filter.
Dosage
Drink up to 3 cups per day, preferably before meals on an empty stomach. For a more personalized dose, ask your naturopath.
Note: By definition, decoction is richer in active ingredients and therefore a more concentrated decoction than rosemary infusion.
