How to use

Adults and adolescents

  • Take 5 to 15 drops daily in a glass of water, 15 minutes before meals, for 3 weeks.
  • Start with 5 drops and increase as you progress.

Children over 3 years old

  • 1 drop per day per 10 kg (body weight).
  • Start with 1 drop and gradually increase.

Oak Macerate can be combined with Cassis and Sequoia Macerate, also endocrine stimulants, to combat fatigue.

HYPOTENSION

For hypotension, oak macerate can be used in combination with a cardiac regulator such as Hawthorn macerate.

HERPES

Oak can be combined with another tonic macerate, Cassis, and also with an anti-infective macerate, poplar.
