Precautions for use

Caution! Rosemary cineol essential oil should only be used by adults and adolescents.

Use by pregnant women is prohibited, except for atmospheric diffusion.

All forms of use are permitted.

Other precautions

Warning:

  • Seek medical advice before using rosemary cineol essential oil in people with asthma or epilepsy.

Cutaneous use:

  • Rosemary cineol essential oil is irritating to the skin and should be diluted 20% in vegetable oil (20% essential oil and 80% vegetable oil) before application to the skin.

Diffusion:

  • Pregnant women over three months can use this essential oil in air diffusion.

Allergenic components:

Rosemary cineol essential oil contains few allergenic biochemical components:

  • limonene (≤ 3%)
  • linalool (≤ 1.5%)

Note: It is best to test the essential oil before use (two drops on the crease of the elbow for at least 24 hours to check for a reaction).

Indications

Directions for use/usual dosage

  • By olfaction or diffusion, it helps to maintain cognitive functions and prevent neurodegeneration, strengthening attention and memory, particularly in people suffering from Alzheimer's disease.
  • Massage into the chest and upper back, mixed with other EO and diluted in an OV in case of bronchitis.
  • 1 to 2 drops massaged into the soles of the feet and inside the wrists to help restore vitality in cases of overwork or chronic fatigue.
