Nutritional benefits

Yellow Nutsedge oil is particularly rich in oleic acid.

As such, it can easily be compared to olive oil, but its flavour is sweeter, with a hint of hazelnut.

It can generally be used cold in your salads or other preparations, but it can also be used hot, taking care not to boil the oil.

Its richness in unsaturated fatty acids also gives it interesting properties in the fight against bad cholesterol, LDL, in the same way as olive oil, for example.

It is used in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases in general.
