Ingredients
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed
- 30 drops of Echinacea mother tincture
Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Store in the fridge.
- Add 2 teaspoons to your daily smoothie.
