Immune honey



Ingredients

  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey
  • 1 large garlic clove, crushed
  • 30 drops of Echinacea mother tincture

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Store in the fridge.
  • Add 2 teaspoons to your daily smoothie.
